Thirty days on unopened products in original packaging. Email s17skincare@gmail.com with your order number.

We'll cover return postage for faulty or damaged items. Change-of-mind returns are on you, and the product has to reach us in a saleable state.

Refunds process back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving the return.

None of this limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with guarantees that can't be excluded: if something has a major fault you're entitled to a refund or replacement, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss.
