This policy explains how S17 Skincare — a brand of Ausglow Pty Limited (ABN 94 114 780 406) — handles your personal information, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
Only what we need to fulfil your order and answer your questions: your name, email, shipping address, order history, and any message you send us. We don't collect sensitive information, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
How we use it
To process and ship your order, respond to enquiries, and — only if you opt in — send you the occasional update. We don't sell your data or share it with marketers.
Who we share it with
A small number of trusted providers who help us run the store: Stripe (payment processing — we never see or store your card number), our hosting provider, and our shipping carrier. Some of these process data on servers outside Australia; we only use providers that protect your information to a comparable standard.
Cookies
We keep your cart in your browser's local storage so it's there when you come back. We don't run advertising trackers or third-party analytics. If that ever changes, we'll update this page first.
How long we keep it
Order records for as long as we need them for tax and warranty obligations (generally seven years). Enquiry messages until they're resolved. After that, we delete them.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of everything we hold on you, correct it, or have it deleted — email s17skincare@gmail.com. If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to us first, and then to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
